SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Excluding the weekends and major holidays.
- Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days.
- Next-day and Express delivery options also available at an additional cost.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Return Policy
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Start a return: Log in and visit Order Details. If you're a guest or received an item as a gift, provide your order number and the purchaser's last name to initiate your return through Order Status.
- Process your return: Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose the reason for the return, and select your preferred return method.
- Package your item(s): Help us minimize waste by reusing the box or bag your purchase was received in. Print your return label and attach it to your package. If you don't have access to a printer, select the QR code return method, and FedEx Office locations can print it for you free of charge. Please note that at USPS locations, you can purchase packing materials, but they cannot print labels or package items for you.
- Ship your package: Drop off your package at your selected return location.
- Receive your refund and confirmation: Once the Distribution Center receives and reviews your package, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
